I have over two decades of experience in nonprofit management and youth development. My passion for youth drove me to create an organization dedicated to helping the next generation develop to their fullest potential. As a child growing up in one of the toughest parts of Brooklyn, New York, I saw first-hand the importance of good decision-making skills, mentorship, and supportive adults in the lives of youth. I began Today's Youth to motivate and inspire youth to achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.

I received my bachelor's degree in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University and a master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Keller Graduate School. In addition, I have a certificate in organizational consulting and strategic planning from the Consultants Development Institute, a certificate in Nonprofit Board Education from BoardSource, and a certificate in Nonprofit Financial Stewardship from Harvard Kennedy School.
