I have over two decades of experience in nonprofit management and youth development.

My passion for youth drove me to create an organization dedicated to helping the next generation develop to their fullest potential

Facilitating the Boys on a Mission program is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy watching each young man grow in confidence and support one another. Seeing their camaraderie is inspiring, and knowing I help shape their journey makes this role fulfilling.

I have worked as an educator for over 15 years in both public and private schools.

I enjoy facilitating Girls On The Move because it empowers young girls to discover their strengths. It creates a safe space for them to express themselves and support each other.
