Empowering The Next Generation

Girls On The Move-Elementary School
Girls on the Move for elementary school students is a leadership development program for 5th graders going into middle school. Participants take part in workshops on respect, integrity, having a positive attitude, perseverance, and so much more. Participants meet weekly for one hour.
Boys On A Mission-Elementary School
Boys On A Mission for elementary school students is a leadership development program for 5th graders going into middle school. Participants take part in workshops on respect, integrity, having a positive attitude, perseverance, teamwork, handling peer pressure, and so much more. Students meet weekly for one hour.


Girls On The Move-Middle School
Girls on the Move for middle school students is a four-month leadership development program for girls in 6th-8th grade. Participants take part in group mentoring, service-learning, and workshops on healthy relationships, effective communication, decision-making, goal setting, overcoming obstacles, entrepreneurship, and so much more. Participants meet weekly for one hour after or during school.
Boys On A Mission-Middle School
Boys On A Mission for middle school students is a four-month leadership development program for boys in 6th-8th grade. Participants are engaged in group mentoring, service-learning, and workshops on healthy relationships, effective communication, decision-making, goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and more. Participants meet weekly for one hour after or during school.


Girls On The Move- High School
Girls On The Move for high school students is a life skill and leadership program for young women 15-18. Participants attend workshops on effective communication, healthy relationships, dating, time management, college preparation, job readiness, and money management.
Boys On A Mission - High School
Boys On A Mission is a life skill and leadership program for young men 15-18. Participants attend workshops on effective communication, healthy relationships, dating, time management, college preparation, job readiness, and money management throughout the program.


Youth Entrepreneurial Success Leadership Program
Y.E.S. teaches 15-18 yr old students the essentials of entrepreneurialism. During this seven-week program, participants learn how to start and operate their own businesses. Teens attend workshops on developing a business plan, marketing, advertising, and start-up costs. At the end of the program, teens present their ideas to a panelist of business owners for an opportunity to win a grand prize, trophy, and a feature in our newsletter and website.
TY's Cookie Shoppe
TY's Cookie Shoppe is a five-week program that introduces entrepreneurship and valuable lessons on personal finance to 10-14-year-old youth. Students learn key business terms, steps to developing a mini-business plan, how to create eye-catching marketing materials, & how to bake cookies from scratch.
TY's Cookie Shoppe is an excellent program for kids interested in entrepreneurship and baking.


Youth Money Matters
Youth Money Matters (Y.M.M.) is a comprehensive educational initiative to equip elementary-high school students with the knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions. Y.M.M. gives students a strong foundation in personal finance, budgeting, saving, investing, and other critical aspects of money management.
By fostering financial literacy at an early age, we aim to help youth develop healthy financial habits, plan for their future, and navigate the complexities of the financial world confidently.
